Publications
Providing information increasing the quality of life in traditionally underserved communities.

CAN DO produces a variety of research material in a variety of formats. A detailed listing of CAN DO journal articles, presentations, and other publications authored by our researchers may be viewed by clicking on the different categories below.

Researchers may also search for specific publications by author, topic, or grant number(s) via Pubmed. U.S. law requires that all manuscripts supported by federal funds which are accepted for publication after April 7, 2008, be made available (open access) 12 months after the publication date. UCSF supports this mandate through an open access paper repository policy

Researchers seeking information about how to comply with these policies can download a pdf detailing the process.

CAN DO will link to abstracts available for online viewing whenever possible.

Otherwise, they will be housed, displayed, and shared in Refworks, where they can be viewed and sorted by author and year.
